Easter is a joyous weekend of decorating eggs, eating chocolate, and relaxing with family in balmy weather. Everything from the mood to the decor is vibrant, which makes it the perfect time to get a manicure that is just as cheery.
Now that our hands aren’t living in mittens, we’ve curated a list of Easter nails for all to marvel at. You’ll find bunnies, mini eggs, and floral accents painted on an array of pastel and bright polishes. Get screenshotting because you’ll want to get in a couple of these playful looks before spring is over.
Floral ribbed glass

This floral ribbed-glass manicure rivals the charm of the antique glassware your parents pull out for Easter brunch. One of 2026's biggest nail art trends, this elegant striped manicure pairs perfectly with dainty flowers for a spring look. Don’t have a steady hand? Reach for clear spider gel to create perfectly thin straight lines over a cat-eye base.
Color-blocked Pastels

Add a retro spin to your Easter mani with color-blocked pastels. It’s one of the easiest looks to recreate at home: Just apply a coat of sheer nude as your base color, then paint half of each nail a pretty pastel. Let the packs of Peeps you picked up at the grocery store inspire your polish choices.
Mini-egg French
Courtesy of @topcoattonic
The classic French manicure gets an Easter-ready upgrade with a pastel tip and a delicate speckled finish—just like everyone’s favorite mini eggs. The soft, creamy base keeps the look polished and wearable, while the tiny flecks add just enough texture and whimsy to feel festive.
Tiny Flowers

Flowers are usually present at Easter festivities, so why not get a mani to match the blooms? The itty-bitty buds on this nude base are elegant and easy to do at home. Just sweep on a milky nail polish, put the pressed flowers (which you can purchase on Amazon) in place, and seal with a glossy topcoat.
Lavender Milk

The lavender milk nail color trend always resurfaces in the spring, and just in time for Easter gatherings. Not only is this look reminiscent of some of the treats you might get in your basket (like grape jellybeans and purple Peeps), but it’s also a look you’ll be happy to wear after the holiday. If you don’t have time for a gel manicure (like the one above), lightly sweep on a sheer polish, such as Cirque Colors in Lavender Sky.
Confetti-covered

One of the best Easter activities is doing arts and crafts with loved ones. These pink nails covered in chunky, multicolored confetti pay homage to all those creations. (Be sure to cover your bunny headband with just as much glitter.)
Festive sweets

This one is for Easter candy lovers. The minimalist design features a baby pink base with a pastel yellow accent nail, plus a scattering of multicolored sprinkles. If you feel like trying this at home, use a small art brush to create the delicious effect.
Cute Carrots

Not all of your nails have to match. That’s why we love this design, which includes orange French tips, tiny carrots, and an adorable bunny. This manicure still feels cohesive despite the multiple designs because the color palette is consistent throughout.
Floral French

Add dainty, multicolored flowers to your French manicure for the holiday. Use a dotting tool (you can get one from Amazon or your local crafts store) to carefully create the petals.
Miffy Nails

We can't think of a better bunny than Miffy to adorn our nails. Ask your nail artist to combine the character with pink ombré for a more eye-catching manicure.
Springtime Chrome

If you prefer an Easter look that doesn’t involve bunnies and eggs, try this set, which includes a chrome base (still one of the biggest trends) and festive, pastel stars.
Cheeky Chicks

Nail artist Zoe combines dried flowers with hand-painted Easter chicks. We can't get enough of their pink cheeks.
Neon Bunny Ears

Interested in nail art that makes a more subtle nod to the holiday? Try this mani featuring a set of bunny ears with a neon glow.
Pastel Squiggles

Easter nails can be abstract too. Re-create this squiggle manicure using five of your favorite polishes. And squiggle with abandon! The beauty of this design is in its chaos.
Lavender Hearts

If you’re looking for simple springtime nails to wear to Easter brunch, try this hazy design, which includes small lavender hearts and tiny dot detailing.
Baby Carrots

We love this mismatched matte design featuring different shades of pink, bunnies, and the teensiest (and cutest) carrots.
Neon Florals

If you’re someone who likes to skip spring and head straight into summer, try this neon floral manicure. It may not be a traditional Easter look, but it’s so cheerful, we’d happily wear it during the holiday and beyond.
Purple Speckles

When we see the color gradients and speckled finish of this design, only one thing comes to mind: mini Easter eggs. This dainty design is sure to get you compliments mid-egg hunt.
3D Blooms

A 3D effect can turn a simple spring manicure into something really special. Case in point: this look, featuring fun textures created with acrylic powder.
Cheerful Flowers

It must be hard not to feel joyful with these adorable, smiley flowers looking up at you. They brightly mark the holiday as well as spring.
Hopping french manicure

A bunny-shaped French manicure is pretty genius, if you ask us. This one probably requires a trip to the salon because painting regular French tips is difficult enough, let alone adding cute bunny ears.
